Mine is not working either and I did not update to ver 25 yet.

Could it be coincidence that the whole system is down right now?

My RTTI works and I haven't gotten flashed to 25 yet. With all the problems so far caused by a few iterations of 25, I may wait till its all cleared up. I really want the new interface though, but not enough to give up RTTI.

I get the TI+ icon at the bottom, but when I select info it just says downloading data and I never actually get the info.

thats exactly what other people have said after getting flashed. what version of 25 did you get?

thats the point---I DONT HAVE THE UPGRADE.
I wonder if the problem being reported is simply a coincidence, and the issue is with RTTI is some areas.

I do know that there is suppose to be an upgrade to the system at end of 1st quarter to expand markets and add features....could this be the cause of the troubles???

so the service worked before and now it doesn't? not sure what BMW can do for you, you may have to deal with ClearChannel since I think they are the ones that provide the service. Maybe there's something going on in your area (like new upgrade testing) thats affecting current service.

yes the service worked before.

Maybe I wasnt clear earlier...I was only reporting this to say "maybe the issue that others are reporting when they update their Progman to ver 25 is not really a problem but simply a coincidence".

Thats all I was trying to say.

So I got the upgrade today, any idea when the rtti will be working again? Mine is down, I am not sure if i should even call the dealer.

from what i've seen, i think we gotta wait for 25.05 for everything to be fixed.
