I'm in for the letter. This is absolutely disgusting.

I sure hope not. This is a major contention point for me. I want a reason from BMW for this action if it's true.

I don't blame you, I would too if I were you. LED's should have been on teh initial production of teh LCI.

So do we have a consensus on as to which angel eyes are the better ones (that are visible in bright daylight as well)?

I have a 2008 3.0si Sports, and very much looking for the white/light blue Angel eyes mod and after reading tons and tons of material on it, I am still not sure, which ones to go.

Bimmian in Toronto selling WeissLicht but not sure if they worth it, since some folkds didn't like them in here.

Your expert advice is needed.

You guys are a bunch of whiners. BMW makes incremental improvements within a given production year all of the time not just LCI. Yeah lets threaten BMW so that they stop making worthwhile improvements as soon as its possible.

I love the, "If I don't have them no one should", attitude out here.

Pathetic.

I tend to agree with you. We all have to step in sometime and buy the car that we all here want. There will always be something that is perceived better coming in later. Does the new headlight really make your driving enjoyment all that much more satisfying? Look at all of us M buyers that bought a 2010 and a few short months later the 2011's came out with new taillights. It doesn't change the fact that the fundamental items that make the car what it is are unchanged. Just enjoy the car.

I'm also curious to know what your thoughts are of the Bimmian WeissLicht.

Well, there is no reason to whine. Just picked up my 2011 35d (march build) and it has halogen LED's? I am sure the change will come with the 2012 model year.

Wise up. The new AE were part of the LCI refresh. The rest of the world got it. BMW makes incremental updates yes, but what sense does it make to push the update out to the rest of the world and not US as part of the LCI refresh? Then wait a year and include it then? Also, BMW did hella marketing about the new headlights.

Nobody suggested they stop making improvements. Making things up to try and help prove your point is the lowest and weakest form of argument. Well done...
