Thanks for the info on the installation process. Still a little worried about messing with my baby. Any know of a place in SoCal that does these kind of things. I'm loving the all LED look

Disclaimer:

Mine was installed on my X5 which wasn't officially support by MDS's Lux H8. The bulb fit in perfectly with X5. But the only problem I fear was that the bulbs has been not tight enough even after it was fully turned.

After some experiment with different o-ring, i found a best fit solution for this.

Its a very tiny o-ring for fixing the faucet. SO tiny that you would not think it will fit or work.

After carefully insert the o-ring using a tiny flat head screw driver to avoid all soldering. Use you hand after it pass the LED and soldering to roll it down the neck of the LUX. Use the Flat head and carefully fit the o-ring over 3 H8 tab.

Insert the Lux H8 back, and you will feel the difference that tiny o-ring brings.

Great tip using the faucet o-ring! I will have pick one of those up when I receive the bulbs. Can I bother you to take a couple more pics with the HID on from the front angle in the day as well as at night? Thanks!

would be interested to see them at night with the HIDs on as well, from the front. You know how angel eyes become more amber... I'd like to see the white / white.

Hrm

So my burning question, is who makes the best angel eyes upgrades for a 07 e70? And where is the best place to get them (North America)?

Sorry guys.. its way to cold in Boston right now.... 17 degree.. and too cold for me to go outside to take night pictures with hid on... I will try to get them done....

Xenon... if your 07 has H8 for Angel, Lux will work.

Wow, that looks excellent! Super bright! I guess there is finally a worthy LED angel eye solution for the E70! Thanks for posting the pics.
