Just finished the install and came back from my test run. No glitches whatsoever folling Jeff's instructions and advice on the applications. Very nice improvement indeed - love the way the map scrolls a lot more smoothly now - feel like I'm in an airplane!

Thanks again Ferri & Jeff! Success!!!

V26 downloaded, uncompressed, burned, labeled, installed and test driven - PERFECT!

Thank you Ferri & Jeff for your support in providing a very sought after upgrade!

Yesterday, my local dealer drew a blank on the subject and the upgrade was nowhere to be found in cyberspace either. What a difference a day makes!

Well worth it!

Hi All,

My download has just finished, and I've burnt my CD, so I've now put the file up onto eMule / eDonkey for everyone else to download.. :-)

Okay so i load up Tugzip and it shows two files bmw...mdf and bmw....mds.. do i want to open those files because when i do open them, it tries to open them through notepad and it just freezes. Or would i want to just select both files at once, and then "extract" them to a diff folder. and then burn those two files onto a cd?

To make sure is the file supposed to be only one file that is "bmw v26software" and its supposed to be an mdf file that is 288.66megs correct?

Yes, this is what you want to do. Alcohol 120% will take those 2 files you extracted and use them to burn the CD.
