Dr.J, macs don't have that thing on them. Try to "empty cache" (in safari menu).

Reset Safari will clear everything in Safari to its original state.

Mac's don't store temporary internet files (with the exception being PDF's you've opened in the browser - which get deleted upon the next restart)...
