I have a problem with my HS MK4 with firmware v27.0 and europe map (navtech).

If search any information (falkguide) of Nice France, the mk4 don't make correct guide.

This is a bug? this problem is only for Nice, another city working.

This update v27.1 is already tested with HS MK4 (product 2005) ?

If this fixes the V27 satellite acquisition problem then I'll be happy. I'm downloading now then will upgrade and report back since I pretty much know how to reproduce the problem. It's an issue with short-term acquisition where almanac data is almost perfectly accurate and is most likely to occur if you leave your car for a short while then return.

Does anybody have the list of changes / fixes between V27 and V27.1?

@k690bpp: Go to the V27 sticky thread at the top of this forum for instructions.

I have completed the v27.1 upgrade successfully. In a couple of days I'll know if this corrects the satellite acquisition issue and will report back.

Finaly I managed to download the file. Strangely enough it worked only on my notebook :|I will make the CD now and do some testing:)

Verified: this update fixes the satellite acquisition bug!. Acquisition is a whole different animal now. I'm noticing that almanac data is correctly being used for fast acquisition and I've been through 3 instances where v27 would've lost GPS lock with zero issues.
