let me say another thing.. every time i burn a new v28 with more changs.....first i downgrade to v19 and than i upgrade to v28,,,with this do i still need to edit sw_rel.rbl? and lng_rel.tbl?

You don't need to downgrade with modified files.

System will not upgrade voice if its already stored in flash. You need to change voice version number in 'lng_rel.tbl' to force voice upgrade. Probably you will need to change version in 'voice.lst' file.

i'm trying i download hhd editor pspad and other but i cant edit this files...it apeears to be protected, could be?

If change your computers date back to 2003 you can use the BMW Configurator with the e39 or e46. Only tested it for the German BMW site. Give it a try.
