I having problems after the V32 update from v27.1
I have a 2003 M3 with the MKIV DVD based nav. I followed the instructions and the software update was successful. The CD was ejected and the system restarted. I put in a 2006.2 and a 2002 map disc and it says No CD/DVD, please insert. From my understanding, the V32 on MKIV for the E46 should work just fine with a single layer DVD right? It is not required to have a DVD-DL in order to use the V32 software? How should I go about solving this, try to get the 2008/2009 maps in high or professional or installed V32 again? |

Use NavCoder and set Region=Europe and voila! No more safety warning :-) All other features remain as normal. |

But you need to tap the I-bus, not the diagnostic connection. You also need 12 volts and a ground.
