If you want to take things 'literally' then all the posts on this board in regards to football have been illegal. You have conveniently taken the meaning of the word "recounts" to mean casual conversation. Recounts has multiple meanings and I believe that in this case it means "reshowing of the tv or radio broadcast" and I believe it also goes on to prohibit charging money for or making money on the recounting.
