Now, after you've done all of this for the first time, you just need to "maintain" it with the occasional wash (with Z7) and "dusting off" with Z6. Zaino says that you can indeed use the wax and even the clay bar (after you've clayed the car, of course) on the rims. Juan

I've had 2 black cars in the past and was always a pain to keep shiny, now i have a silver X5, easier to maintain cleanliness from the outside 
So i have a question when you say you dawned the car do you mean dawn the dish soap? If so is that really better than the soap from N E ol car shop?
