Gouge/dent in back bumper!

I've got about a 3inch long gouge on the back bumper. Wife backed into her sisters car...:banghead:

It is a whistle. It starts at around 45 mph and goes away at around 52-55 mph. It is annoying as hell because about 10 minutes of my commute every morning is at 45.

First day while "playing" with the IDrive a car stopped in front of me I was going about 45-50. Slammed the brakes and came a hair away from plowing him. I would have hit that car in my TL....
