It will work... definately.... simple...

It will work... definately.... simple plug-&-play.... the only difference is that GPS-antenna should be connected not to the GPS-receiver (like it is with MK2) but directly to the MK3 or MK4........

1. Download the navi soft (v22 o higher) which is created in Mode2 (this is very important) and burn it...

I don't think that even dealer can do that.... AFAIK dealer can only load male or female voice and that's it..... there is no alternalives to change the standart voices like you can do it for MK3/4...

Yes, should work in '03.... but there could be navi MK4 (and you have MK3, check this first) so the check would not very adequate (MK4 is faster then MK3)..... try to find another MK3

How long did you wait when insert the SW CD after resetting of your navi? It could take some time when upgrade (reanimation) process...
