I have not, but i can say that the BMW roof rack from my 4.8 does not fit the smaller rails on my X5M. I guess there is a new part # for the M style roof rails. Hopefully someone will chime in...

No, Dinan's kit does not include rear springs. Only front springs, front and rear shock mounts and rear airbag adjustment links. The rear airbags stay in place. The EDC system is not effected by this...

I thought about H&R also but Dinan's kit includes front and rear shock mounts that keep the factory suspension travel. That might be the deciding factor for me. The roads in my area suck.
