Yes im not really keen to drill a hole but this aerial is a 4 in 1 so it does dab , gps , wifi and fm so covers all bases , i have been given another glass dab aerial so might give that a go first.

So I'm looking to add a dab dongle to my android head unit but i don't seem to be able to get a good signal by using the stick to the window type aerial i have since purchased a fin style aerial...

thanks salty b its only a cheap Eonon Chinese one i am currently looking into replacing it as the screen flickers.

The vent still functions as a vent if needed cant say i use my AC a lot over here...

wow you got alot going on in there see im not one for clutter in my car hence why i wanted to have this all fitted in somewhere , but i guess its each to there own and what works for you.

After finding one of these mirrors for sale i snapped it up and i got to say what an easy swap over unclip the covers twist the old one off unplug it plug new one in twist it on clip covers on hey...

ive done these bearings on mine not a bad job one bolt on the inside one on the rack and hey presto parts off , i have a pair of genuine bearings left over if you need them , i see you are in the uk...

i found two trackers in my car one in the front...

i found two trackers in my car one in the front wired into the fuse box behind the glove box and one in the boot wired directly to the battery someone didn't want to lose this x5.

they are a braided stainless hose with i believe a teflon inner , a friend of mine owns pioneer4x4.com he wanted to have the X5 on his database so he used mine for pattern and i got the set for free...

i went with stainless flexi hoses all round in place of the rubber ones , you need to do a bit of fettling to get the plastic cover to close on the rear but i see stainless as a fit and forget...

ok I wasn't aware there was any electronics at the gear lever end I thought it was all done in the gearbox , maybe I need to look into replacing that first , I wasn't going to be swapping the whole...
