somehow wondering what your problem is. I have just changed my winter tires - they were 2 years old - and when inspecting the old ones I saw that they are all (really all) worn the same....

Hi, it will not be a plug and play replacement AFAIK. It can be done but you will need a lot of other things including a whole cabling change from the trunk to the dash. If you want to go that route...

Electrical Power is absolutely not dangerous when the Voltage is 12 Volts only.
Maximum current is some hundret Amps (more then 400) when starting.

If you are in the door you could easily save some money and change the regulator by yourself. Easy thing with the door card already removed.
