describe the rattle or better take audio recording. The very use of word "rattle" would usually exclude the subframe which will make thud or thump.

I've tried recording it. It doesn't come through. It's low frequency, so technically not a "rattle" per say. Maybe a high speed thumping? Really only audible at low speed. Up to about 15 mph or so. I pulled everything out of the back and had someone drive me around in the back with a stethoscope. The sound was coming from the right side area near where the subframe bushing is located. The front control arm bushing is about the same location. The bushing doesn't look bad, but :dunno:

Use vibration analysis:

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/vibrat...o/id1089589547

You can determine if it is in the drive train like worn guibo etc if it's periodic vs causes when you hit bumps.

If you have air suspension let out the air when you have car on jack stands and give things a solid thump with a big motivator. Something like a 4# hammer wrapped in leather.

Just changed those. Put in poly bushings. Didn't help.

I'll try the app. I have it, and used it for an engine vibration, but don't really know how to interpret it.

Don't have air suspension.
