Use the frame you would have used before you asked for opinions

Buffed out the front clip and buffed in a coat of wax. Got rid of the bird poop burned spot in the clear coat. Super deep color now

Got rid of the old wrong clutch and blades(appears to be E38 or E39 clutch and blades) that the PO had installed for some odd reason and installed a proper 4.6iS clutch and blades. Got it from eBay for $50 and looks to be practically NEW. It even has the BEHR HELLA stickers to confirm. Oh and also installed an interior LED kit which brightened up the interior nicely...Attachment 77884Attachment 77885Attachment 77886Attachment 77887Attachment 77888Attachment 77889Attachment 77890

Funny, I just reinstalled my fan as well. I had left it off since January just for kicks (also partly laziness).

Then, coincidentally, my AC didn't work this weekend. It was the first time I used the AC this year so I wonder if it was something I did (maybe bonked or yanked a sensor or something while reinstalling the fan) or if it has been broken for a while. Regardless, I ordered a used Bentley manual from ebay to try to diagnose it. Camping season is coming up and I need the AC while towing my family and the trailer through the hot summer. It's a non-negotiable...

I have the viscous fan permanently removed on my 3.0d. No temp problems even on hot summer days.

I'd never attempt that on an M62 given their known cooling systems issues. Stock temps are a few degrees away from a potential disaster...
