Have you called Turner MS and asked what the hold up is? It could be as simple as your order was flagged if your phone numbers on your credit card didn't match up to what your order information was - I'd call and ask

UPDATE: I got my order confirmation last night, and an email this morning saying my order was shipping soon and being packed - I would call Turner MS as I'm sure its not their issue if I got mine that quick

About 20 LED's on one of my angel eye rings was out, almost made it a year on the set I bought from China - Guess its time to go with Umnitza rings for long term reliability - emailed Lightwerkz, will have to have them do the labor for the refitting, as I have zero time for retrofitting nowadays
