Put on my snow boots. Picked up a set of Style 74's with meaty blizzaks. Notice the obvious lack of snow..... wtf thanks Obama.

aFe Intake Kit

It makes noise, not so much power.

cleaned the bonnet alarm switch , then tackled the rear wiper.
stripped plastic trim off the tailgate, to find nothing wrong with the motor to look at, apart from in the past I've had a reversing camera fitted, (left over wires,) wiper still wouldn't work ,
out of frustration at wasting my time I hit the wiper motor on the nut on the outside with my screwdriver and it worked :)
go figure

On a 3 ton truck no you probably won't notice much with just the intake - I noticed the most gains after I flashed with the Conforti Shark Injector, in addition to the 4.8iS axle back exhaust.

I also prefer the Dry filters from AFE, no oiling is awesome

When nothing else works---it's hammer time.

Very nice. For CDV was it difficult? I noticed while doing uuc ssk that out CDV is on top of tranny rather than e46 is on bottom side... and did you order a CDV screw from ess or did you just take out the stock and hook up the line?

All of 10 minutes while on a lift, maybe 15 minutes if you need to jack it up. There's nothing in the way, plenty of clearance.

Removed the CDV and just rehooked up the line. Gravity bled for a few. Did the same on my E39 - love the pedal feel and behavior now. No more 1st to 2nd bounce.

Great, can I do the bleed by myself or do I need a partner to help?
I'll be doing this soon.
I just have to tackle my alternator.
