why bmw x5 wont star when its cold , it always difficult start to get it start but when it start and warm it will start normally it has going alike this for months, but today it wont start at all
i have check the fuel pump by listening to the tank when i turn the ignition on it make noise that means is working,
please what else can i do to get it start

Not the place for this post. You should start another thread, a new one. If you do a search, there are a few who have this problem. Not as dangerous as it sounds, I first hose the car over, cup the wash cloth in my hand pour some kero into it and starting on the roof wipe over then wash off, and so on. I wouldn't obviously wash straight onto the street so it depends where your able to do it, best thing it takes off all the road grime and doesn't leave the paint looking stripped of life like some products, its also good on the wheels for removing brake dust.

Installed my no-brand gauge rings -- black chrome.

That sounds interesting enough for me to try it.

I use pledge wood cleaner on my black car instead of wax. Some find that strange as well. But it's stunning.

Filled it up with fuel, raped it all Saturday running errands. Ran out of fuel, filled it up again, washed, put in garage. Going to give the kerosine a try on the rims this week.

Qwestion, all youse big city folk - do you have a detailing shop that will clay your ride, pre-Meguiars?
Thought if I could find someplace intrestin' we'd make a road trip of it, as I am unable to do it m'self.
OR
should I -not- clay him in the first place.

finally installed the JL single sub yesterday...

I realized its more fun to DIY during a Sunday afternoon than a weeknight. Lighting is a definite plus AND theres no hurry to finish :-) 99.99% of the time I work on the cars weeknights to not interfere with my weekend

I'm in NYC, and there are some serious detail places. From big shops to very secluded two man shows, where you will spend half a day in line.

And you should clay the car. Have you ever tried? You should wash it first, then clay, then wash, then detail.

You will feel how silky smooth your car will be after clay bar. It really isn't hard to do, just time consuming.
