Sorry, my pea brain is easily confused. Putting any and all codes aside for a minute (shame on me) the possibilities are you have the same symptoms with the same cause or the same symptoms with a different cause.

I agree with your earlier post--check fuel pressure first. It is most likely the same symptoms are because of the same cause, bearing in mind that the fuel pump could also have been a symptom and not the root cause. Since that could be the case before replacing the pump again, assuming your the test reveals low fuel pressure, I would want to know what caused the pump to generate low fuel pressure. The pump itself or something causing the pump to generate low pressure.

debris in fuel lines??? can it be blown off?

No, that would fall under the pump is a symptom not the root cause. Since the 'new' pump appears to have resolved the problem for a period time and now the same problem is back, it is logical to conclude something is causing pumps to have less capability or fail. That should mean any debris is before the pump or a new fuel filter should have been the fix.

Before I can go on to other causes, I need a fuel pressure check.

Fuel pressure check is on hold (I have dinner plans this week since my birthday is coming up.)

Did you spray starting fluid or carb cleaner on the injectors? Throwing parts at it is not the right way to fix these trucks. You need to investigate and to determine what is the problem.

I sprayed carb cleaner all over the usual spots for vacuum leaks but not the injectors...yet. I only had a few minutes to look at it (Like I said, I have plans all week with friends for dinner for my upcoming birthday)

I decided to replace the pump simply because I thought it could be an issue and seeing as how it was an even exchange, It didn't (and shouldn't) hurt.

I drove the vehicle to work this morning, and by not driving agressively, it didn't give me any hesitation. I will be trying this weekend to spray carb cleaner on the injectors and seeing what that does, but for now, as long as I don't mash on the gas pedal, I can drive it fine. This is a weird problem. When I mash on the pedal (even in park) the engine feels like it isn't getting either fuel or air.
