You got three cylinders misfiring
EE/B2 - Misfire, cylinder 1, misfiring during warm up, worsening emissions (Misfire CARB_B1)
F2/B2 - Misfire, cylinder 5, misfiring during warm up, worsening emissions (Misfire CARB_B1)
F0/B2 - Misfire, cylinder 3, misfiring during warm up, worsening emissions (Misfire CARB_B1)

Get a can of starting fluid or carb cleaner and spray down the injectors. If the engine speed picks up you found your problem.

BMW software is so much better for fixing a BM Trouble then TORQUE.

As always have a fire extinguisher handy.

Hypothetically, if this were to NOT fix the problem, what else could I be looking at?

You have better odds at winning the Lottery then having three coils go out at the same time. Since you mess with the injectors when you replaced the fuel rail and didn't use new o-rings that will be the most "Logical" place to start.

You've been patient with me...extremely patient with me. Logic fails me sometimes. In all seriousness though, I'm just trying to establish other things that could be it to prepare myself for the hit if it is worse. That's why I wanted a hypothetical answer if it wasn't the injectors.

And how should I spray them?

Spray them where you inserted them into the intake manifold. You want to determine if the o-rings are still good. If the o-rings are not sealing, the starting fluid or carb cleaner will get suck into the intake and the engine speed will increase.

Ok. Just spray around the general area making sure not to touch the electrical part correct?
