16 V is much higher than it should be... the car is ridden with electrical shorts and grounds, according to the read out... the alternator needs to be monitored for a little while...

Are all the fault codes on printout new, since you cleared the memory?

I have not. I'm going to get into the glovebox today.

I'm not saying that you need to bother with them, but what are the odds that all 3 are crapped out? Especially the last one I installed where as soon as I put it in, the symptoms of the vehicle didn't change.

Adrian, have you checked the area around your glove compartment? when you have a chance, can you pull the carpet there, and take a look to see if there are any traces of moisture, or maybe rust spots? can you pay special attention to the LCM, it a light module that is attached to the right side of the footwell, also there is a general module in that area, big module with a lot of plugs, and also there should be a fuel pump relay...

I have looked at your PDF files, the one of themost interest was the quick-fs file - you have sporadic errors in numerous modules, which are unrelated - the only common thing there is the number of occurences, 31...

I understand that it is a wild shot, but just to eliminate this possibility...

from your other PDFs, cylinder #5 did not look too clean, you might want to pay attention to it later...

I'll look at it this afternoon.

thermal sensor for oil level, 31 errors... reports to LCM
central locking mechanizm short, 31 errors... reports to GM
EWS shows errors... 31. i am not sure where EWS is located, need to ask Q

there are many more errors present but those are the most suspicious at this time...

:)

I'll check the glove compartment.

I will of course monitor it.

Yes, at least I think so. I will reclear everything today and re-run a diagnostic check.

First one was probably bad so you change it.

Second was probably good but you change it without doing any type of testing.

Third was good when you installed it, but since it was a used pump it probably craped out.

You can use a voltmeter to check for voltage when you initially turn the key on, BUT the fact that your fuel pressure readings are so LOW suggest another BAD pump.

I would certainly go through the process to be sure all codes are gone and see which ones come back.
