Are you able to change your home screen? My apps are fixed and I have to swipe to the next page for my home page. It's a slight inconvenience, but it's still lame that I can't arrange the factory home page with my own apps. Planning on throwing a SIM card in today for giggles. We'll see what happens there....

Did anyone try connecting the factory CD changer to the HU? There is a DIY link on the IBus wiki page.
I activated the control in the IBus app and can hear it change the CD but I get no sound. Was curious why I have no sound if I have control? Weren't all of the controls and signals sent through the loom we connected the HU too? I'm still having issues with the IBus app not opening on startup. I am not driving the X daily yet so no time to mess with it. Likely going to email the app developer to see if I can get some help. Just noticed the he released a new version yesterday. https://forum.ibus-app.de/showthread.php?tid=889 |

^Mine does not open on startup either timmyc. I just manually boot it with the recently used programs function. It's an extra 2 screen presses, but hasn't overly annoyed me yet. Had bigger fish to fry lately so have not messed with getting the Ibus app much after initial setup. Love the app though and always drive with the truck on that screen.
As a side note... I hate that the N62 runs at 204-210F in closed loop.

I hear you about the temp the N62 runs at. Next time I do my cooling system I’m planning on looking into the lower temp t-stat.

Totally off topic for the thread but when I refreshed my cooling system I went with the lower bar pressure cap and a 90c stat and have had zero issues since. Truck runs CONSIDERABLY cooler than stock and I have had no issues at all reaching closed loop even living over here in Ohio where we definitely get cold winters. The difference that I did notice was that prior to the upgrade it was at operating temp by the time I got to the freeway, about 2 miles or so from my house, I now let it warm up for about 60\90 seconds before I back out of the garage and if I don't hurry to the freeway she's just hitting temp as I roll onto the on ramp

Xtrons HU install/upgrade thread
Right on. I’ll check that setting and make sure it is checked.

Fixed the streaming from iPhone issue.
I was screwing around trying to get the CD changer to work and changed the "source" to CD in the DSP page. Changed it back to "tuner" and have music again! Stupid IBus app will not open on start up though. Really annoying. |

Are you sure your DSP amp is good if you never got to hear it? Not uncommon for them to fail.

How would I check it? I have power to the speakers and sub. I can't image the HU would supply everything without distortion?

Seems to be running fine. I like the look of it way better than the stock UI. Plays well with the IBus app, too.
