Even better... just press and hold the lock button (BMW Emblem) on your remote and it'll do the same, winds up the windows and closes sunroof.

Yeah, only Euro models got that nifty feature activated... the car had to be dumbed down for stupid, sue-happy Americans apparently. (or at least California people )

Maybe I missed it but I just noticed when your rear windshield wiper is on and you start driving in reverse the wiper will speed up.

My MID just has a clock button but my cluster is text capable and I can not seem to perform the trick you (and others) describe
it has a BC button. Your sig shows you have an 05, you should have a BC button. If you press BC on your turn signal stalk and it cycles trough info about consumption, range, avg speed, etc., then you should have a BC button on the radio.
