Mine is in the shop, pulling a front hub for likely wheel bearing replacement. Fortunately, does not appear to have CV joint issues. I've notice a 'roar' under speed lately. While in the shop, they are charging the a/c with refridgerant and checking the wheel alignment, particularly the toe in at the back [I don't want the inside tire wear]

Yeah even though my miles are low (75k currently) I replaced both front wheel bearings last year even though only the right rear was the culprit of the annoying humming sound above 40 mph. I rebooted both axles on the outer joints with GKN Loebro boot kits, they had some cracks on the inner folds but were fine, probably had more life but while the axle was disconnected I did it preventatively.

You might want to consider doing them prevenatively, should only add an hour tops on both sides to do the outer boots and the kits are approx $20 apiece for GKN Loebro (OEM) boots.

Hey hey man I'm in the middle of a detailing session too as we speak.

Got about half the car polished with FG400 yesterday and an MF cutting pad, gonna finish it up today and lay down a nice coat of Menz Power Lock.

Looks good.

I'm planning on doing detailing myself instead of taking my cars in. Any pointers on what brand/model polisher and various pad set and compounds to purchase?
