Installed the Dynavin N6 into one of our E53's today...

My better half is happy to have Nav, BT, iPod etc again. Works very well and many thanks to JEFF at J and T for the answers to a couple of queries.

Very impressed at the system difference from the business cd to N6

Yes... sold our 2012 E70 and went back to an E53 so knew we would need to do it...

^When I have money again someday, I need an N6 in my life - I have a feeling the E53 will be around for at least 3-4 more years -

You might want to check out the android options too. Half the price.

But DSP for me - so nope - I don't want to hack anything or rewire the amp I can barely find time to do my brakes lol

Seicane that is android based has a DSP harness and according to them it is plug and play.

You don't have to hack anything or rewire with DSP.

Android ibus app, ibus adapter, and a $10 metra harness works fine as long as you keep the radio in the ibus loop. The android ibus app is so much more feature rich than the N6's OBC controls
