As dumps. I wouldn't go to cutouts if you are just going around the resonator. Not a value.

And the sound bcredliners X makes?

Better then any car with OE exhaust manifolds should.

First time I heard it, I told Brian it sounds like this......

I'll try it that way first.

Your value is in performance, whereas mine is in audible tone so we are after different goals. I think I'd love to hear what the Dinan mufflers sound like without the resonator on there though.

I think I've heard a clip of an X with cutouts. Perhaps that was bcredliner's? Have you posted a clip of your setup with the cutouts in that location?

Haven't posted either the sound of Dinan Exhaust or open cutouts.

Gotcha. I know I've seen a vid of someone's with cutouts...

Edit: This was it...

But this is pretty nice and with Dinan mufflers:

BTW Brian, took your advice and did the plasti dip on the front grilles. Only have one done so far, but with the glossifier, it looks 100% better than those cheesy 6 series style grilles. I'll post pics when complete.

As I imagined all you need with your setup x-pipe should do the trick for what you are looking for.

After 74,000 miles on the Yokohama YK580s, they were finally down to 5/32" so it was off to Discount Tire for another set. Trouble though, is they aren't made anymore and the replacement tire, the 740, doesn't come in the 235/65R17 size. Since these are probably the last set I'll buy for this vehicle, I settled for the YK-HTX. Have to run them 2psi higher to get the same steering response, but the ride is a touch softer.

2004 325i sold at 123,600 miles
2001 325i sold at 66,000 miles

Love the stance! Looks great. What was the complete cost for the upgrade?
