My son gave me a scare a couple of days ago... we were on a trip, and he was home, using the X5 (better traction than his e36 in the slushy, snowy, crappy weather we missed!) He drove it home & parked it outside, and the next morning the clutch pedal was hanging mid-stroke, and the engine wouldn't start. When we returned last night though, the clutch was fine, and the battery was too low to turn over the engine; nothing a battery charger couldn't fix. I'm guessing that the clutch was maybe caused by some icy buildup around the slave cylinder that thawed out in the interim. Just thankful that my wife has a working vehicle!

Changed the oil, installed depo corner lenses (much newer look), installed canbus led plate bulbs, changed my cabin and air filters, and finally installed my intrax module.

interested to see the depo corner lenses, are you talking about inside the headlight or the fender turn signals?

Thanks,

I have the original set, which was black. I will make the change to see how it looks.

I didn't have enough free time to finish the whole thing. Here's some iPhone pics. It's not glossy enough for me though. I might need to find different supplier.

You just have to remove the A-pillar to access the drain hose right? Mine does the same on heavy rains.

yeah you just remove the "HPS" tab unscrew the torx bolt and pull out and up on it. just be careful that you dont break off any of the plastic tabs. just my driver side hose was kinked. but i would check the passenger side also. and look in the trunk side compartments where the electronics are to make sure you dont have any water pooling in there either.
