I have the luxury of working 2 miles from my house. A tank of fuel in either car if I don't hit the open road lasts me 2-3 weeks. LOL. I always said that I would never be a long commuter, I just don't get the point in living 20-30-40-50+ miles from where one works.

140k on the clock currently. I've had my 01 3.0 for 10 months or so now. I've had to clean up some items that the previous owner had let go, and also tackle a couple of new ones. So far the list includes the filter stand gasket, belts, hoses, aux fan, coolant overflow tank, water pump and 2 front tires (rears to come shortly) as well as a full alignment and suspension check. A passenger side regulator is also on the list. The transmission seems to be holding together (keeping my fingers crossed) and since it is doing well, I'll think I'll keep the lifetime fluid in it. So far I've enjoyed the heck out of it and putting a couple of thousand in it hasn't scared me away.

Im at 224,289. Original Motor. Just rebuilt the transmission 200 miles ago. Had a failing torque converter and figured while the trans was dropped to go ahead and rebuild it. Still shifted good though on the original Fluid. I also had them do the oil pan gasket. 11 hour job OUCH!!!!! Everyday I fall more in love with my X. I want to get into the 300's like wally since I have no chance at catching him. That man drives alot!

132K miles. '02 4.4i. Torque converter is acting up and a few bushings and maintenance items are due, not bad at all.
