There is no more "Sport Package" on the '10 X5's. There is only the Sport Activity Package similar to the one on the X3, which just gives you seats, steering wheel, headliner, and shadowline trim. The sport suspension, which is Adaptive Drive, is a standalone option now. To get the full "Sport Package", you must get the $2200 Sport Activity Package and the $3500 Adaptive Drive which is $5700. This goes throughout the X5 model range.

So, they dropped the fender flares on the 4.8 when you get the 20" wheel option ? I don't see it listed.

So let me get this straight
No more gray interior for the Monaco Blue crowd in Connecticut?
Pussied down Sport Package -> Sport ACTIVITY Package
Charging more for the adaptive drive for the 3 people who will care enough to order it... Well, they cut the moonroof from the 328i so this goes with BMW becoming even cheaper
Top view is retarded
No roof rails makes the car look like its squatting, and will be one more "add on" that will infuriate people....

All I want is a clutch pedal and a V12

Bad, BMW... Bad!

When was the last time BMW had a V12 with a clutch ... mmmm a '94-95 850CSi or the rare 850 6 spd? Am I wrong, or have you been waiting a while ... My wife and I ordered our 2010 with the SAP and Adaptive drive.

This day and age, all the car manufactures are finding ways to save ...

If BMW stripped the fender flares on the 4.8 with 20s and the nuts and bolts of the sports package I might wait and pick-up a CPO '08 or '09 4.8 next year. I know there is the TT expected in the Spring but if BMW changed this up this much I will be disappointed. Let's hope they make some changes back to the original packages for the '11.

Looks like they raised the price of the premium pkg $1095, but threw in LV perforated Nevada Leather....wasn't that nice of them.

But still $2200 (msrp) for the 30i.

Nice catch. I didn't realized I had the option for perforated leather on my '10 X5d order, thanks. Anyone have pics of perforated Nevada leather?

I just had a quick look through the updates. For the 35d, they are saying N/A for the aluminium trim. Odd, because you could order it fine in 2009. I did !!

Yea, aluminum trim is N/A for the 35d. Just found out the hard way by calling the salesman!
