Shinchan is on a distinguished road
I am simply here posting my finding....
I too had GP thunder in my E92 2 years ago. In fact, i am prob one of the first guy who post usage of GP thunder.

I know exactly what it looks like when installed. With that being said, no matter what kind of halogen tint bulb you put in, you can tell its a halogen.

The picture sometime made the Halogen type of solution looks like they are white.... but you can tell in person that its a halogen variation of it.

Why? Either they are too blue... Too bluish white,... too yellow....too purple .. Purple tint....etc...

Nothing will compare to a WHITE LED.

Now, why did the stock bulb look visible even in day time as DRL?

COLOR... (Yellow is more visible in day time)
The stupid BMW H8 angel design is crap for outter ring.

So answer your question, will it be visible in day time?

Innner ring is definitely yes. Outter ring off axis is depending on angle.

Stay Tune...... I have a new surprise for people following the LED. I will let you guys know when i receive the new product.
