Just tried that & no change, still just ejects. I thought I would try your original, that started (gave me the install screen) but hung, never even saw the progress bar. Now I have to eject & reinstall V.22.1 then reinstall V.32 just to get back to the beginning. I think I may just give up at that point!?!

Thanks anyway mate!

Does your Mode2_converter have the modded mode2cdmaker.exe file?

And was the image a mode2/form1, I have used this hundreds of time and it works 100% of the time.

imgburn stated mode2/form1. Not sure about the modded .exe file though, I did struggle to find the app in the first place as most links I followed were dead.

This is the "offending" image I am trying to insert, but is it ever worth it...

Did you alter the version number so that the nav would "think" that this image was an update mate?

No, I thought your release was 64, my MK III was 63. Not anymore though, I just got the disk out but as usual the nav function is gone. I'm gonna try getting V.22 into it now...

My release is 64, but if you had it on already then it wont update.

Mk3's, don't like being downgraded mate, so I'd be careful when doing this.

just change the version number thats the easiest way.
