I sincerely hope your family recovers soon, and all the best to you and your family!

Sorry that I didn't see your post soon enough. I had a tumultuous week myself, didn't come back to this thread until today.

Thank you very much!

I hope your coming weeks get better.

My family will continue to Pray for you and yours, and all the families of this forum.

Come on man, he is providing tremendous leadership in the worldwide fight against this pandemic, having expert guidance of chief scientist Mike Pense and solid data from chief researcher wonder-boy Jared!! Jared spends hours daily on his tablet doing in-depth research on the virus and feeding Trump with wonderful data, man!! We gonna win bigly on this .

This is what is most troubling for me. The fact that preserving human life is not a top priority is sickening.

I can’t believe people are licking toilet seats, coughing and sneezing on elderly folks and law enforcement, and not keeping contact minimal. What’s wrong with this society these days? People are literally acting committable.

And something else that has really blown my mind! Their playing the prayer of salvation to Jesus on tv channels that are not solely Christian programming. I can’t recall ever seeing that.

Something very big is going on! Let’s hope and pray those of us with some common sense left, can weather the storm.

I think every generation says this. Just like every generation complains about the government and that the sky is falling. :dunno: At any given point in history there are stupid people, crazy people, angry people, etc. Nothing has changed except the amount of news coverage they get. :dunno:

Yes! The speed at which information travels these days is phenomenal.

And, I don’t know if it’s just me but, days, weeks, months, and most recently years seem to be flying by. I mean sometimes I start on a Monday, I blink and it’s Thursday. Also, you would think this slow down would have an impact, but for me it hasn’t. This week blew by.

I am not one for Politics, and I will certainly not point at laugh at leaders who are trying to sort this Pandemic out, it's not a time for mud slinging, its a time for collaboration and unity as we are all in this together.

Last night at 8pm, the entire United Kingdom opened our doors and windows, and clapped in support of our NHS (National Health Service) and its health care workers, many are over worked and reaching breaking point. I thought, this would just be me and my wife standing in our door way clapping but... it was the whole neighbourhood, I wish I had filmed it but it made me really emotional and rather than think 'oh, I need to film this!' I live in that moment. It was awesome...then an Ambulance drove past, waving and flashed there lights. Top job from them.

I do listen to the media and reports of, underfunded services and lack of protective equipment... but what I can see our UK Government and our PM Boris Johnson has surprised me in how well they have tackled this crisis. It's a war out there on this virus, not each other. now... I don't want to bore you all off and stand on my soap box for too long, but using soap and water until my hands fall off is exactly what I will be doing as its an effect way to stop the virus spreading.

I truly hope that when we come out of this, we all keep a sense of unity. Let's not point at China, or anyone else, lets all of us, US, UK, the Aussie's and yes, even the Kiwi's (kidding I love you guys) and the world looks at each other and realise the boarders between us are in our mind and we are all in this together so we need to treat each other accordingly.

Great words of wisdom Lamby. Best to you and your family over there and hoping the best for BoJo and the Royal family.
