LOL First comes the federal-camel's nose drool-money, then comes the hump! That's why some camels have two humps, so that they are not dry humps - very painful from the federal government.

Are current (existing or proposed) firearms regulations considered to be part of that discipline of which he spoke?

There is vast scholarly jurisprudence precisely on the prefatory clauses of OUR - not yours, disarmed - Second Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Good people ought to be armed as they will, with wits and guns and The Truth.

I own, collect and shoot weekly. I believe all law abiding citizens should own a gun and be trained how to use it. These are my beliefs and I do not preach to those who do not agree. Gun owners are a silent majority in this country. President Obama was the greatest gun salesman we could have ever asked for. His views and opinions sent people running to the gun stores.

So true. Broke O'Bummer, Blumburg and their "guns are bad" friends pushed for bans and sales took off.

We have held/attended a few BBQ get togethers here in the Lakes of Coppell neighborhood where I live, have come to find ALL the neighbors within a few block have handguns for home/personal protection.

I find it comforting, knowing my neighbors choose to exercise their 2nd amendment rights.

CVS Pharmacy & Whataburger here in TX caved to the "guns are bad" crowd a few months age, took the position CC licensed gun owners are NOT allowed to carry in their stores. In the past few weeks, groups of armed criminals have been rushing in and robbing the stores and citizens shopping/eating there. Wonder how many more robberies before someone is shot.

Too bad crooks see "gun free zones" as "unarmed victim zones".

The biggest shame with "gun free zones" is our returning service men cannot protect themselves at a recruitment center. What idiot came up with that one?
When will people realize that criminals do not obey the laws.

Not only that, but also on military bases. It's silly that the only ones allowed to carry on base are MPs.

This sums up the knee-jerk retarded concept that MORE restrictive gun laws are needed to reduce crime/killings.......

There was recently an article in American Rifleman which laid out how many gun laws gang bangers and gun runners could be hit with. Someone using a gun in a crime like a robbery would be up for something like 200 years based on all of the gun laws they broke.

But do we hit those guys with all those charges? Nope...

American Rifleman is the Nasty Regulators Asses house organ for its swinging members.
