If anyone wants the modded navboot, let me know.

What do you mean modded the: Sky and the Pointer???

Do you have any pics???

Does anyone know if this v29 will put the nav into euro mode???

As long as you are upgrading (V28 to V29 for example) it will not switch to Euro.

I Don't know for sure, but I don't think so, I will retain the mode that you were in.

I just followed the instructions and it worked like a charm. The disclaimer screen now turns off by itself, and the NAV remains configured for the USA, even the saved addresses are intact. The perspective view seems more like a gimmick than a useful feature.

I notice that with the newer 2007.1 DVD, more of these circular icons appear on the map. I have no idea what they actually represent...

They have been discussed before, they are described as 'City Centers', but City is not really the correct term. They are central points of Citys, Towns, Vilages, Regions etc.

RichardP1, thanks for the clarification.

I also notice that with the 2007.1 maps, when you arrive at your destination, the arrow inside the circle that represents your car isn't perfectly lined up with the checkered flag representing your destination. I wonder if this is a software bug or simply GPS inacurracy...
