So does the v.29 negate the need to press the AGREE button?

Yes, the legal mumbo jumbo screen will disappear in about 5-8 seconds on its own.

According to BMW, that feature was introduced with v.27. It goes off after 8 seconds.

Don't know what to tell you. The TSB from BMW announcing v 27 says so explicitly.

Hi, I downloaded V29.1 yesterday and burned it to disk using nero. No problem burning disk. Loaded it into nav and it worked fine but i couldn't alter splash screen so i ended up going back to V28. Used navtweak to try to edit navboot file but couldn't find the splash screen .gif file so couldn't alter it. Anyone who has done this and has any info for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Taking mine in tomorrow. I'll try to get some info.

OK, I have tried this several times and cannot get it right. I followed shoimin's instructions to the T and when I insert the CD into the computer I get a message on the screen that says "Incorrect CD" Anyone have any thoughts?
