Do you think it is in the genes that black people are more likely to commit murder? If that is the case, then it would seem to follow that the highest murder rates in the world would be African nations. But while a few of them are high up on the list, most are not.

And my next question for you is "what should our leaders do to fix this problem?" Or do you think nothing at all can be done and we are stuck with having this insanely high murder rate in our inner cities forever?
