Seems pretty fair. Slightly less that what our dealer charges. I go the extra effort and remove oil dipstick tube, blow out the buildup with blowgun, replace tube o-ring and degrease the engine....

I think BMW NA has a supply of rebuilt trans. I know that the manufacturer (at least ZF and getrag do) rebuild the trans themselves, as they are always stamped and stickered as such.
