A phone keypad would be an interesting addition as long as it doesn't look like the one in the 7 series, which I always hated. As far as sunglasses holder is concerned, there are a few options that were discussed in a prior thread. Search around for it.

You might not like the phone key fob appearance in the 7 series but I can unequivocally tell you that everyone who gets in my car loves it..

Agreed, it's a great idea. When I first saw it I immediately thought it was awesome and was hoping that the number keys (for selecting station presets) on my nav would function similarly when in telephone mode, but no luck. I just hate the way it looks, that's all.

Mine fly out all the time and they are not hidden enough for New York parking garage standards.

Those photos look like a standard 4.8i with some sort of after-market exhaust. Can't see any disguised side vents which all the 'test mules' had.

The pics X5 Meister posted are the missing pics from post # 26 dt Jan 2008 in this thread. So these are pics when they started testing and had not made body changes.
