My 2011 X5 50i is in Canada, ready for pickup. Sounds like lots of 2011 35d's have made it to Canada already also. Less stringent regulations in Canada apparently.

Did you keep track your X5? If so, do you know how long it took to get from status 60 (Finished Production) or 82 (Released to carrier) until it got to the dealer? My X5 35d went into status 82 yesterday and I'm in Toronto.

My 50i was completed May 7 and expected at my dealer on May 28.

Sorry, I was not able to track it that well along the way. I do know that it came a lot quicker than I was expecting. Seems to have been less than a month from production to released, and the carrier time was only a few weeks. I take delivery monday, I'll update with pics then.

mine is showing up on my dealers inventory but its not actually there yet. My CA will update me tomorrow.

Does anyone know how long between when the car shows up on the dealer’s inventory and when it actually arrives at the dealership? Mine showed up yesterday on the dealers inventory (and on their website under new inventory), but it apparently, according to my CA, still hasn't been released to the carrier for transport to the dealer.

Just wondering what this means…

No sure but just got the call to schedule a pick up. Its being prepped and will be ready anytime starting sat :D...

update:cant go sat, getting it delivered to my house on Tuesday! will post pics.

Mine is showing as being in the preparation center; does this mean it's already at the dealer?

I picked up my 2011 x5 35d four weeks ago and it's still showing up in "preparation center".

So where exactly is the preparation center at?
