bump... anyone have any update on 2011 x5 production? i posted in this thread a few weeks ago that i have a 35d on order and last i heard they still needed EPA and CARB approvals and couldn't schedule my performance center delivery until this happened. anyone heard anything new? anyone have concrete delivery dates on the 2011 x5?

Official launch in the uk is on 5th june, but dont know if this is a world wide date? :confused:

My 2011 x5d is "in production", with an estimated completion date of April 9th.
This is according to BMW USA (phone) and my dealer.

was told that if i order today, delivery would be mid-late June...

Nope, not yet. I believe the website lags by quite a bit.

I've had my order in for sometime now (my dealership ran out of 2010 allocations). I have an early one from a large dealership (BMW of Austin).

lee - if you dont mind answering...when did you place your order and what is your production #?

mine was ordered on 3/12 and the production # is 7558xxx and mine is still in 112 status as of today, but supposed to change status 'any day now'.

I also have a 2011 X5 35i (Sports) on order and was told over the weekend that it is in production with an estimated completion date of April 9. Went into production on March 25, about a week earlier than my CA had booked.
