I'm using an OE thermostat when I replace mine.

Ah dammit BMW codes got deleted from my reader...
Pretty sure the generic codes were P2135/2136.

My Rein t-stat had slightly different markings then the original... I wish I took some pics so I could compare them to my second Mahle unit. I am sure the OEM unit is available as an after market unit that is not marketed as a BMW unit...

Maybe an alternative part directory sticky is in order?

Sweet, did you find a kit? I'm having trouble finding the right bulbs for overhead & map lights.

Make up lights, foot lights, trunk lights are separated and in common plastic and they are very, very bright! Only reading lights you have to change with bulbs!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a096c03a01.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6be2d15865.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...b1b0371bf9.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...593a9128a6.jpg

Replaced the foam(?) supports in both front struts to get rid of clunking (fixed!) and replaced the truck latch switch. Guess I grabbed it too hard for the old plastic and broke the outer rim that keeps it snug against the body. Was just kind of dangling inside there for a while till I got the new part.

That fix was by far the easiest one ever on this vehicle.
