Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has a problem with their car leaking water, i just got the 3.0L TD and have a major leak in the front passenger side, have taken it to the dealer and they indicated the door membrane was not sealed properly, however the leak is still there and appears to be coming down from the windscreen. Is this a common problem or am i just unlucky

That would p-ss me off to no end, brand new X5 leaking water. Take it back and tell them to keep it until they fix it properly. They should give you loaner car until its repaired.

I hate water leaks, they always try to plug the leak with goo instead of finding the problem, which could mean pulling the dash out or the windscreen so they can see where the water is coming from.

I feel for you man. I get my new X5 next week and will be going over it with fine tooth combe. My last X5 had a deep scratch on one of the back mudlaps, would'nt take delievery until they repalced it so they took one off another new X5. I mean I am going to put marks & scratches on it without them doing it first, give us break.

giddy up! Our E70 arrived with the wrong trim (wood grain) but it is being swapped and we take delivery hopefully next week.

I already have a pair of Invision headrest DVD's sitting ready to be installed so that takes care of our little man on long trips....

Oh, during purchase we were told we couldn't have Comfort seats, and have been pleasantly surprised to find we do have them.

Kinda like a lottery really. Wonder how my E60 will be spec'd... woohooo!!! can't wait!!!

no idea actually.... no matter if it isn't.... only a few days to go and I can get rid of the hire car (Hyundai boat anchor) :thumbup::thumbup:
