I spoke with Josh today too and he mentioned Fidelity, cause I'm the second owner, but am not sure about how good Fidelity is.
He asked me if I am the first owner before quoting.

Interestingly enough, while in the F+I office buying this on my 3, I pulled out my iPhone and said "I think i saw this for a couple hundred less..." and started surfing facebook.

You know, it is actually Concord, CA. I am not from CA. Went out to cut a deal on the car. Flew into San Fran and that was the last I thought about it.

Just got off the phone with Josh over at Macon BMW...Super nice guy and pretty much destroyed my local dealer(BMW of Southbay) on pricing...

2004 X5 4.8is
32,700miles
Extended Maintenance: $1595 (My dealer wouldn't budge off of $2495)
Extended Warranty through Fidelity: $1867 ($2942 at Southbay BMW) 4yr/48k mile Platinum warranty!!!

Got to say, I'm absolutely ecstatic to hear these prices! And why in the holy hell would anyone buy the BMW warranty for 2yrs for over $3k when you can get the fidelity platinum warranty for half???
