Damn, that's a major bite!

You won't be turning wrenches with that arm for a while.

Hope you know who owns the dog that attacked.

sounds like it was his own dog

parts show up and then get injured and cant install parts, sounds familiar

a few weeks ago my JVC 4K projector finally showed up, the next day, the eye doc while giving me an injection in the eye hit the lens. Instant cataract, have to have cataract surgery to fix it.

If my dog did that to me, it would be time to take him for a walk into the woods (with the SIG 45 loaded up). I would be walking out solo!

That sucks, sorry.

Our 16 year old Bichon died 2 months ago, Wife wanted a new dog. We got a nice Staffordshire/Bulldog who after a few days was getting along great with our 6 year old Shepherd.

http://youtu.be/Qo-u73C7vas

We went to my Parents yesterday and as we are not certain of the new dog, left him with our Daughter & took Marley the Shepherd. When we came home all was well but then during my 4th trip bringing everything in from the X they were fighting. She stopped when I told them to & he latched on to her. I was between them & she lunging at him, got me.

Sucks, but I am pretty sure the precipitating event was his boxer breathing issue that on him sounds like an angry growl.

That sucks, and I am glad you only got away with stitches. You cannot get in between fighting dogs for any reason unless you full well expect to get bit.

A few years ago I stepped between a pit bull and my two shelties when the pitbull broke it's leather leash (tied to a tree outside out hotel that we drove to in the X5...). Luckily only got a partially torn tendon in my right thumb from holding on to the pit bull (that knocked me down). Now when I walk my dogs I have pepper spray. Hope your wounds heal soon.
