That sucks it is taking so long. But in the long run you get a new free power steering rack which I would be excited for. They do effectually start leaking and can be $$$ to replace.

I feel terrible that my vehicle has not only cost them an extra several hundred bucks, but it's also been taking up a lift in their shop for all this time.Love my shop. Not complaining. But definitely ready to get back behind the wheel. I miss my X (not my ex-).

Near impossible to achieve in a home where all adults are working.

They both were acting like nothing happened hours later when we got back from the ER. Quote:
I have had dogs as long as I can remember. We introduced them on a walk and gradually "freed them" in the house (Separate crates) there were 2 prior incidents, I got them muzzles, took them for a walk (over a week ago) and then let them loose, there was bumping and growling but afterward they were fine for 5 days. We have a trainer coming at 5pm, they will determine if we can coexist, if not someone will have to go. We are willing to do what is needed within reason to make this work.

"It takes some MAJOR dedication (by EVERYONE in the home) to retrain an abused/alpha adult dog. Some even require weeks of 24/7 home supervision (with viewed alpha adult human), before others can safely be left alone with dog. Near impossible to achieve in a home where all adults are working." I was pointing out there's significant effort required to improve behavior.

Put the finishing touches on the interior reassembly after "operation dry-out". Had the indy that did my brakes reset the airbag light - did it N/C, but I was a good payday for him last Friday. One of the front pads actually had separated from the backing plate. These were Wagner pads I put on 3.5 years ago, so beware.
DISA valve replaced on Saturday and it's off to college again with #2 son. Only issue now is some vibration at 75+ mph. I may need a road force balance but that will need to wait for now... |

I did an oil change for the MT X5 to rotella t6 with a new MANN filter. I love my steel harbor freight oil extractor.

Trainer came yesterday, basically said we need to keep them apart or get rid of one.
She agreed they are both good dogs but said aggression escalates (as it has) and once it gets to this level there are no guarantees it wont happen again, she said she could offer sessions for months/a year but that would not be ethical. I offered the Shepherd to my Parents (they love her) but they said no thanks so the boy will be going to a rescue that does not euthanize or a home if we can find one.
