Sprintbooster rocks guys, it was so good on the ML63 it even had the most dubious of owners give it a try & they never looked back.

What's up with these posts of yours in this thread? Have you used Sprint Booster and feel you got ripped off or are you just saying, even though there are many posters out there on MB, BMW and other forums saying that it's great, that it's a rip off? I agree it may be more expensive than it should be BUT, if the buyers are happy, then it does not qualify as a "rip off" in my books.

Placebo? My guess is this will rank up there with the "Turbonator", "Tornado" and the "spiralmax" to name a few.
Still seems like a waste of $300 but if you think it "feels faster" then more power to you. Seems odd that there are no US distributors of such a great product? From the companys website, here are there published results: Results • At low revs, the engine responds at approximately half the time in comparison to before. • The delay time whilst accelerating in 3rd and 4th gear and the engine in the mid-range, is almost zero. • Big differences in the higher rev range. • Improved response for downshifts and safer overtaking. • Overall safety and more fun on the road!

I think that this item is a pychological gizmo. meaning, put two same vehicles one with and one without and the rat will not know which one is which. but tell him and he wil say yeah I notice the difference.

guys, I installed a Sprintbooster in my ML63 and it was like night & day.
The wife played hell when I installed it, after 12 months of driving then I took it off last week. She said Im definately having one for the X5. |
