Looks like they really stripped down the base models....now we will be paying for things that were standard on 2010 models and below.....not a very smart move if you ask me....a suv that starts at 59300 with no moonroof.....I wonder how much the packages are going to cost....any idea when the pricing sheets with packages will come out???

Unfortunately, no DPC. BMW decided to keep that to X6 and X5 ///M only. Cost cutting or whatever. Same thing happened with rear seat entertainment. Who knows, they may change their mind and add to 2012 models.
BMW changes their mind every day based on market pulse.

"The X5 xDrive35i Sport Activity has an MSRP of $54,975 including Destination & Handling and includes even more standard equipment than the Premium model, such as 20″ light alloy wheels, sport seats, Shadowline exterior trim, and Anthracite headliner. In addition to the packages available on the Premium model, customers may add the popular M Sport Package to the X5 xDrive35i Sport Activity model."
Does the 35i Sport have the wider rear fenders as well I wonder ? |
