Full price list is on German website, it has Active Cruise (option 5DF) as 1550 Euros, which is $2121 at today's exchange rate (Ft.com).

Any news on the performance pack with the extra 40 HP for the 5.0 like the X-6??And when will they release the packages and prices for the US?? as tumpy stated they released the german info on the german website....

No idea! I can read a bit of German, and with a little help from the google translation tools, it's pretty easy to work out. The other thing is that the option codes are in the document. 5DF is the same option code as on the 7er. Find the option code, quick bit of translation to make sure and hey presto!

It has been there since late Monday I believe, but tedious to translate.
Here it is if someone wants to decipher. It has M-pack prices too. Keep in mind that they do not translate to US prices based on exchange rate.
